Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L 121-16 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Internet user has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, for exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging.
Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you must send the seller a form or email expressing your wish to withdraw. Simply returning the goods without a declaration or refusing to take delivery is not sufficient.
Returns / exchanges procedure
You have the right of withdrawal to return any item that does not suit you and request a refund without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs, which remain the customer's responsibility.
- Make sure you are within 14 days after receipt (invoice as proof) and that the product is in its original packaging.
- Send your return request with your proof of purchase by email to return@mokenvision.com.
- Please wait for a response and confirmation from us before returning anything.
- Once confirmation is received, you can proceed with shipping your product (you can use the La Poste website in the "Mes retours" tab for instructions).
Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, we invite you to place a new order directly on the website and return the original item so that Moken can process its refund. Reshipment costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Internet user may request a refund of their order (excluding return costs). Moken undertakes to refund the Internet user within a maximum of 14 days from the effective return of the product, directly to the payment method used during the order.
