If you wish to make a return, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days after receipt of the order to return the invoice as proof. To be able to make a return, the product must be in the state of reception and must be returned in the original packaging. You have the right of retraction to return any item that does not suit you and to ask for a refund without penalty, except for the return costs, which remain at the customer's expense.

If the Internet User wishes an exchange within 14 days of receipt of the order, he/she is invited to place an order directly on the site and to return the original article so that Moken can proceed to its reimbursement, the return shipping costs being at the expense of the Internet User in all cases. Consequently, Moken undertakes to reimburse the Internet User within a maximum period of 14 days from the effective return of the product, directly to the means of payment used.
